  1. Segundo uma certa tradição, as pessoas envelhecem como os vinhos:

    os ‘maus’ azedam. os ‘bons’ ficam cada vez melhores… ;)

  2. verbalizar, não apenas falar, é terapêutico – mas é determinante com quem escolhemos, é uma escolha que nasce da alma, fazê-lo. e os fármacos, que me desculpe o sector, comigo nunca contaram. nem contam.

    (não diz qualquer estudo: digo eu e basta.)
